Flood Prevention at Lillywhite Education Center

 The Lillywhite Education Center for Orphans is located on the banks of the Kibisi river.  While the small river adds a nice aesthetic addition to the small campus it can also turn dangerous and damaging. During periods of extended heavy rain the river level sometimes rises to flood stage, damaging the Lillywhite vegetable crops, fish production ponds and buildings. We are currently working to build a dike system on the property to keep out the flood waters. This project is currently funded by a kind and generous donor.
